Gosh, it's been awhile...

No, we have not all been kidnapped by extra terrestrials. We are here and working very hard for all our beloved clients. We kinda forgot about both our website and our blog in the termoil of work. One day (in the next few months) we will return in vengance.

If you are bored with your site

Just had a blast laughing our heads off at some of the webs biggest sites - translated courtesy of www.pornaliz.com. Hilarious. Over 16s only!

I have a confession to make

Not long back from a great holiday in the sun with the family.

While away my wife 'consumed' all four of the Twilight books while bathing in the sun. I had them pegged as Mills and Boons with fangs and claws.

As you can imagine I heard alot about the story and characters. There were two other (female) fans staying next to us. You can imagine the chat.

However, when we got home I agreed to watch the first film with my wife.

My confession. I liked it. Couldn't wait to watch the second one the following night. Downloading the third at the moment... Sorry.

The decline of productivity: Social media and web content

I'm not going to knock social media or the vast amount of content that is floating around out there on the internet. They are both great for many reasons.

I'm just shocked that anyone can be productive anymore! Or am I the only one that occasionally finds something that gabs my attention then an hour later realise that I've been led down a long winding garden path littered with useless information and diversions?

It stands to reason why employers are taking steps to curb web use in the office. Why shouldn't they. It's akin to your staff staring out the window for hours.

That aside, I do think you should check out this site. See you in a couple of hours (or days)...

Things, they are a changing

As many of you will know by now Voxego have taken the step to change the way we operate. No longer do we have a centralised office in Glasgow but are remote working from our respective offices and homes.

Technology and the nature of the majority of our work have made this a realistic option. Two months in to the change and this premise appears to have been well proven to be the case.

More to follow in the future with details on how it can be done or things we have done to make it work even better.
